Bible

The Bible is God’s Word to all of mankind. It was written by human authors inspired and guided by the Holy Spirit. The Bible is the all encompassing Word of God without any error or discrepancy and relevant to our present times and

Trinity

God exists as one entity or being in three persons; The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Each of the 3 members of the Trinity possess equal power & authority and serve different purposes

God, The Father

God is our Father and creator and the creator of the heavens and the earth. He has always existed in eternity without beginning or end. He is the beginning and end of all things and the author of everything in heaven and earth. Nothing exists that was not created by Him. He is all powerful, omnipresent and an all knowing God. He is Holy, compassionate, loving, faithful and a shield to all His people

God, The Son

Jesus Christ is completely human and completely God. He is the Son of God the Father and the only means through which people are saved and reconciled with God the Father. He lived a perfect life, went through all the temptations and troubles faced by humanity and yet, never sinned. He was crucified by man as a substitute for man’s sins. He died, was buried and then rose again on the third day, defeated sin and death and lives forever more with God

God, The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the very Spirit of God and His presence assures us of our relationship with Christ. He guides all believers into truth and always glorifies and exalts Jesus Christ. He is an ever present help who teaches, counsels, comforts, gives us spiritual gifts and enables us to live according to the Word of God and be more like Christ. He convicts people of their sin, God’s righteousness and the coming judgement

Man

Man is created by God in His image. He was made from dust and became a living soul when God breathed into his nostrils. Man was created to have fellowship with God and walk in His love and strength. Through an act of disobedience Man was separated from God and as a result, man cannot ever attain a right relationship with God through his own efforts. Each human is unique with a distinct personality and purpose, worthy of respect and love

Eternity

Man was created to exist forever. He will exist either eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is Heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence

Salvation

Salvation occurs when people place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the only way of salvation through the forgiveness of sin. Salvation is a gift from God, and it cannot be earned through our own efforts

Church

The Church is the body of Christ on earth to carry about His work. It is  a community of baptized believers unified through faith in Christ. It is committed to the teachings of Christ and obeying all of His commands, and it seeks to bring the Gospel to the world

Gifts of the Spirit

The gifts of the Holy Spirit is real and is still active today- gifts such as speaking in other tongues, healing, deliverance, faith, prophecy, visions, revelations and the interpretation of tongues. The gifts are bestowed upon believers by God at His own choosing for the purpose of ministry.
